Cardiff Blues produced arguably their best performance of the season against Leinster in their final game.
Pity they left it just fractionally too late. Their defeat to the Scarlets at Stradey Park will come back to haunt them.
But how pleased should they be about finishing in the top two?
Some would see that as a real achievement. Others would just prefer to highlight how they blew a great chance to be champions.
I think the reality is a combination of both.
